This notice explains what personal information the K & V Barugahare Foundation collects through this website, why, and your rights under Uganda’s Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address and message. These are emailed to the Foundation so we can reply, and are not stored on the website.
- Donation pledge form: your name, email address and/or phone number and any comment. These are stored securely on the website so we can thank you and confirm your gift.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to you and to manage your donation. We do not sell or share them with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Pledge records are deleted automatically after 12 months unless we need them longer for our financial records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email info@kvbarugahare.org and we will respond promptly.
